Third-Party & Supplier Items

Some products available in our store are sourced and fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Return and refund eligibility for these items may differ from our standard policy based on each supplier's individual terms.

If you would like to return a third-party item, please contact us at Narias904@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order — do not ship any item back without contacting us first. We will review your request, coordinate directly with the supplier on your behalf, and provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

If a supplier does not accept returns, we will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include store credit or a partial refund depending on the circumstances.
